Building Engagement to Grow

Active participation by Faculty and Parents in the enrollment management process is a key advantage for the most successful schools. They know how to equip, mobilize, and motivate their constituents to work with the Enrollment and Business Office to collaboratively achieve the financial goals. January through April is the critical period for determining retention and new student yields, but re-enrollment actually starts the first day of school. When your key influencers across the campus are well-trained and understand how important their relationship building activities are to the success of the school, the retention of current families will increase substantially and the yield of applicants to enrollees will dramatically improve.

Campus safety remains one of the top criteria for parents when choosing a school. You probably already have a safety and security plan, but how good is it? And how will you pay for the equipment and training to implement your plan?

We parterned with The DRACO GROUP to develop The Advanced Campus Safety & Security Workshop. This is a one-day professional development program in which we will help you benchmark the quality of your campus plan against worldclass best practices, and we'll show you how you can use grants and other funding options to implement your plan.

• Learn about and apply for grants of up to $75,000 to support the implementation of your plans
