Would you grow even more if you had
greater faculty commitment?
My Friend, congratulations on a successful 2015-16! School leadership is hard and you've made it through with great courage and strength. Well Done!
With the new fiscal year starting in about three weeks (Yikes!) now is the time to consider some adjustments to grow even more. As you're making preparations for 2016-17, is better enrollment and fundraising a priority? Would a better faculty culture make a big difference?
This week we had the privilege of leading our Building Faculty Engagement workshop at Holy Spirit Preparatory School in Atlanta. Kyle Pietrantonio and his team have established a very healthy leadership culture that is enabling them to build momentum in a highly competitive market. They
realize, though, that reaching their growth goals for next year requires full commitment from the entire faculty--that enrollment must be part of the job expectations for every employee of the school, especially teachers and coaches because of their influence.
This workshop is available online or on-campus, depending on your budget and needs. There are a couple of days still available in July & August, and the fall is starting to fill up. The value of this training from an outside voice is huge--it's a powerful way to set the tone for your faculty culture.
Building Faculty Engagement will directly impact your ability to grow enrollment, fundraising, and the overall student experience. Give me a call to learn more (855) 444-7698.
