Of all the variables that impact student learning and school growth, extensive research has demonstrated that it's the quality and qualities of the Living Curriculum (including teachers, staff, coaches, and administrators) that makes the biggest difference.

So, we conducted a comprehensive five year research study to understand why some school employees contribute at a higher level to the mission, culture, and goals of the school than others. What do these top performers have in common and is there a pattern of similar attributes across various school types and locations? Do administrators communicate expectations in a clear manner and provide an equitable and consistent process for coaching and accountability?

Our goal was to create important dialogue among educators as they seek greater joy and authenticity in fulfillment of their mission. The feedback we've received both from the Talent Audit experience and the Talent Strategy development has been very rewarding.
